  • Copy of child’s Birth Certificate

  • DH3040 - School Entry Health Exam (DOWNLOAD SAMPLE)

  • DH680 - Florida Certificate of Immunization OR DH681 - Religious Exemption

  • Application and Testing Fee ($250 non-refundable)

  • Call us to setup an appointment to visit during the school year. During the school year is best time to view the school in action, but we are happy to meet with you over the summer. We love talking about education opportunities with new families.

  • Yes! We offer boys flag football and girls volleyball in the fall, and boys and girls basketball in the spring.

  • Tuition and Fees can be found in our Tuition and Fees Schedule. The Step Up For Students scholarship offers financial scholarships for all families who apply and, once approved, will completely cover all of your child's tuition and book (PACE) fees. Athletics and certain other fees not covered by the scholarship will need to be paid directly to the school. Call us today!
